Did we really just come up with 'Choice of Words' early one morning?…
Well it was a bit like that; with so many other Training companies and Documentation houses we knew there had to be a requirement for a blend of the two. Yes, we thought – we are good at this so why not focus on both the verbal and written word?
Based in the West Midlands close to the M54/M6/M5/M40 and M42 we are perfectly located to serve companies anywhere in the UK.
Larger documentation & training companies say they provide flexibility and commitment, but they rarely deliver. Being a small organisation we are able to do just that.
However being small doesn't mean we don't have big plans! We have access to a consortium of Writers and Project Managers that have worked together for some years and this enables us to cope with large projects and tight deadlines.
Each of our projects has a consistent approach:
- A Project Manager is allocated to every project regardless of size. You get weekly reports where necessary, budget summaries and a point of contact outside the writing scope.
- You get a dedicated writer, who will view your project with top priority.
- A training team is available that will provide inspiration and carefully prepared presentations geared to your company.
